Trash & junk pickup
Old furniture, renovation debris, yard waste — a quick checklist to make pickup day fast and to know what needs special handling.
3 min read
Whether it's an old couch, a basement full of boxes or the leftovers of a renovation, junk pickup is easier with a little planning.
What we usually haul
- Household junk: old furniture, boxes, broken items.
- Renovation debris: drywall, wood, tile, old cabinets and fixtures.
- Yard waste: branches, leaves, old planters.
Items that may need special handling
Paint, chemicals, propane tanks, tires and some electronics often can't go out with regular debris. Rules depend on your town and on the item — tell us what you have and we'll let you know.
Getting ready for pickup day
- Group everything in one place if you can — the garage, the driveway, one room.
- Separate what stays so nothing goes by mistake.
- Send a photo of the pile — it's the fastest way to get an estimate.
After the pickup
We load everything, haul it away and leave the area swept. If the junk came from a tear-out we did, removal is already part of that job.
