Guide
A few good photos and one or two details are usually all we need to send you a clear price. Here's what to include.

Text messages are the fastest way to reach us. A photo of the job shows us in seconds what would take minutes to explain on the phone — and it lets us reply with a clear estimate instead of a guess.
What to photograph
- The whole area, from a step back, so we can see the size of the job.
- A close-up of the damaged or old part (the wall to tear out, the pile of junk, the stain on the patio).
- How we get in: stairs, narrow hallways, the driveway — anything that affects carrying material in or debris out.
What to write with the photos
- Your town (we're based in Lynn, MA).
- What you want done, in one sentence: "remove the old tub surround", "haul away this old furniture", "clear the driveway after storms".
- Rough measurements if you have them.
- When you'd like the work done.
Tips for better photos
- Turn on the lights or shoot during the day.
- Hold the phone horizontally for rooms and patios.
- Send two or three photos instead of one — different angles help.
What happens next
We look at the photos and reply with a price or, for bigger jobs, a time to stop by and see it in person. Prefer a call or email? That works too — just tell us on the contact form.
